Board Of Directors

Our Board of Directors comprises dedicated individuals, democratically elected by the membership, who are entrusted with the cooperative's strategic governance and oversight. They are responsible for setting policies, approving major initiatives, and making critical decisions that ensure the cooperative's financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term viability, always prioritizing the collective interests of all members.

The Board is the policy-making body of the Cooperative. The directors serve on standing committees and hold regular board meetings to establish policy, review activities, and make decisions affecting the Cooperative's well being. Directors are elected at Canoochee EMC's Annual Meeting of Members held every year in October.
